Uganda, also referred to as the Pearl of Africa has the best attraction sites for gorilla tracking compared to Kenya and Tanzania. Jinja is the second largest city after Kampala.It is located near Lake Victoria where the source of river Nile begins. Other animals you are expected to watch in the parks include elephants, buffaloes, bush backs, golden monkey and the leopard. You will also tour the Rwenzori mountains, Lake Mburo National Park and also Queen Elizabeth National Park. Your tour will not be complete until you visit the Masai Mara National Park. It’s the most famous park in Kenya and has the highest wildlife population compared to all other parks. Another attraction you will not miss is a tour to Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. Lake Nakuru is a salt water lake with alkaline coral reefs which favor the condition of the large flock of pink flamingos. Watching such a large number of flamingos is quite interesting as you take your photos. You will also see other bird species and wildlife in Nakuru National Park. Lake Naivasha is fresh water lake and with a lot of fish species. Here, you will easily see many hippos. The two lakes among other lakes and rivers are situated in the Great Rift Valley.
